Years ago, I wandered down to my local (back then it was west coast USA) divorce courts. On occasion I’d see some poor bastard trying in vain to enforce his agreement. On one occasion, I saw the judge not bat an eye, when he declared that: “in accord with the agreement signed prior to the marriage, petitioner will keep the house which was bequeathed him by his parents.” He then immediately declared: “Petitioner will buy respondent a house of equal or greater value within the next thirty days.”
Wee fynde it shockinge that in ye olden dayes wymyn were not allowede to testifie, or to contracte, or to holde propertie in their owne name.
And our modern eyes show us that they are not capable of testifying, or of contracting, or of holding property in their own name.
In no other arena does contract law mean absolutely zero.
In addition .. no pea-nile-tittes enforced for the party in violation of said contract.
Until we enforce contracts in marriage .. I can’t advise any young-man to par-take.
Currently what we have in the west (particularly the USSofA) is Tyranny!

Well no court ordered penalties.
The penalties for the instigator would most likely come from the Lord. That’s the just judge.
The only downside to sugar daddy-ism…what if she has an ‘oops’.
But that young woman in the video is what I would expect from a prostitute. I give it 9/10 odds she had a single mother growing up.
I pray God holds it against them.

Which effectively makes it null and void as law. Of course we don’t live in a society ruled by law, but in one ruled by tyrannical pseudo-legal fiats enforced at gunpoint.

Even though cleared almost a year later .. he lost everything. And thought of sue-eye-side because of the pain & suffering.
No man should be tore-mint-tit-ted with no recourse or redress.
Funny how the marital act suddenly becomes rape when the wife goes the divorce scorned route.
